I rode with Zork in the Saucer over Brazil's rain forests searching for this adorable golden money. We spotted only a few. I am sad to say they are endangered with only about 1000 left in the wild and about 500 in captivity.

90% of the Golden Lion Tamarin's only habitat, which is in Brazil, has been lost or fragmented due to deforestation for lumber, charcoal
and human development.
This monkey is an omnivore, eating insects, snakes, spiders, fruit and vegetables. They use their claws to dig insects out of the bark of trees. They live an average of 15 years.
