Please tell us about yourself and your life on this planet.

I am a film, TV, and pop culture historian. I love movies and TV, both old and new. I know the stars, directors, and movies of my lifetime very well. I tend to focus on the 1960s to present day.

I am researching and testing out social networks and related free web 2.0 services for my own personal use. I am far from being an expert on the subject. I just want to learn more about them by doing.

Speaking of the 60s and 70s, my old acting teacher Adam Roake was in several films, including some motorcycle films like Hell's Angel's on Wheels and Psych-Out with Jack Nicholson. He turned down a major role in Easy Rider because he felt he was getting type-cast.
